Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm excluding Bank Holidays
To keep your special day running to time, a table plan is an important part of the schedule!

Benefits of a table plan include:

Creating a table plan helps in the cross-checking of numbers, ensuring you have included everyone who has said they will be attending your big day!

Guests can see at a glance where they are sitting which helps to avoid a hold-up getting seated in preparation for the wedding breakfast.

You can seat people together/apart as you see fit to avoid any family drama. It also avoids couples and families being separated if a table is full.

You can seat guests in certain areas, catering for their individual needs, such as away from the noisy disco.

It's a fantastic opportunity to mix guests up so the bride and groom's family and friends get to know each other.

It makes it easier for the venue as they will know exact numbers of guests which allows a more efficient serving of meals. If there are any dietary requirements or allergies, it will be easier to manage.

It can be themed to match your colour scheme/invites/table names etc.

Other wedding day print to take into consideration:

Welcome sign - A lovely way to greet guests to your special day and directs them to the wedding party/breakfast. Helps the wedding day flow and can be tied into the wedding theme/colours.

Direction Signs - If your wedding is held at a venue other than a hotel, you might need to consider signage to direct your guests to the venue, car parking, toilets etc. Self adhesive vinyl, laminated and mounted on correx board signs are a cost - effective way of ensuring your guests know the way!

Table names - Whilst you can have table numbers, some couples decide to personalise the table names to fit with either the theme of the wedding or interests of the couple; places they have visited together, favourite holiday destinations, favourite books, favourite tv shows or films are some we have produced, the choice is endless and bespoke to the Bride and Groom!

Place cards - By having place cards you can choose who sits next to whom (and not next to!). It also benefits the venue as they can easily see names and work out any allergies/dietary requirements. As an extra benefit to the venue you can print pre-chosen menu choices/allergies/dietary requirements on the reverse of the card.

Menus - Do you have a set menu for everyone? (apart from any dietary/allergy requirements) Is your venue providing menus for the table/each guest? Menus complement your wedding theme to match the signage and table names etc bring a lovely consistency to the finished look of the day.

Order of services - Usually for church services, an A5 booklet with the wedding date and couple's name on the front and order of how the service will play out, including hymn wording and any prayer and readings information.

Custom Selfie Frames - A fun way of getting wedding photo memories of your guests on your special day! Why not add a box of props too with some silly hats and glasses etc. to get some candid shots and ask guests to send you the pictures they take.

At JR Print we print (and design if required) all aspects of wedding print, from the 'Save the date' cards through to the 'Thank you' cards after the big day. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
